Often people underestimate aspiring musicians due to lack of talent or recognition. 3rd Fam is a group who grabs the attention of their listeners immediately. Rapping together for 3 years now, the chemistry of this group is amazing. The formation of 3rd Fam alone is enough to say they are destined for great things. Rapper Grizz coming from Flatbush, Brooklyn, Ariel and Jemstar coming from the Bronx and some how combining forces in Orlando, Florida to form this group was fate. Ariel was always a poet, providing her with writing skills long before she started making music. Jemstar and Grizz both use to freestyle on occasion, but never knew it would become a career.

In 2002 3rd Fam joined and underground label which gave them their first studio experience and ability to make real music. 3rd Fam then dropped the mixtape entitled "First Impression" which immediately became a hit locally and over the internet. Over time things went bad with this underground lable and 3rd Fam decided to venture off and gain success on their own. With their talent level growing rapidly they began to record music from their home an put out "Group Project" this cd let every listener who heard it know that 3rd Fam has what it takes to become mainstream artists.

3rd Fam is working on producing a legitimate demo to receive airplay on radio stations and hopefully be signed artists to a major record company.
